Data We Process
The app stores card data on your device and, when iCloud is enabled, syncs it through Apple CloudKit. AI processing sends a card image through Firebase Cloud Functions to Google cloud AI services and returns the result to the app.
Card images and recognition results may include names, companies, job titles, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, websites, tax or registration numbers, and other text printed on a card.
AI Quota and Purchase Data
The app uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication to create an anonymous user identifier for initial AI quota management and purchase syncing. We may store necessary quota and transaction records, such as the anonymous user identifier, usage counts, product IDs, StoreKit transaction IDs, and AI quota events.
Third-Party Services
The app uses Apple iCloud/CloudKit, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Functions, App Check, Analytics, Crashlytics, Google cloud AI services, and Apple StoreKit.
Tracking and Advertising
The app does not use advertising identifiers, does not use data for cross-app or cross-site tracking, and does not sell personal data.
Retention and Deletion
Card data is stored on your device and in your personal iCloud/CloudKit container. Firebase retains records needed for quota, purchases, duplicate prevention, product analytics, crash reports, and performance diagnostics. Error logs contain no card image, OCR text, or AI recognition content. Use the support page for deletion requests.
