我們處理哪些資料
本 App 用於掃描、辨識、整理與管理名片。名片資料主要儲存在你的裝置上。當你使用 AI 名片處理功能時，名片圖片會上傳至 Firebase Cloud Functions，並轉送至 Google 雲端 AI 服務進行辨識。辨識結果會回傳到 App，並儲存在你的裝置中。

本 App 使用 Firebase Anonymous Authentication 產生匿名使用者識別碼，用於管理初始 AI 處理額度與購買同步。我們可能保存必要的額度與交易紀錄，例如匿名使用者識別碼、使用次數、購買商品 ID、StoreKit 交易 ID 與 AI 處理額度事件。

Data We Process
The app is used to scan, recognize, organize, and manage business cards. Business card data is primarily stored on your device. When you use AI business card processing, the card image is uploaded to Firebase Cloud Functions and forwarded to Google cloud AI services for recognition. Recognition results are returned to the app and stored on your device.
Card images and recognition results may include names, companies, job titles, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, websites, tax or registration numbers, and other text printed on a card.
AI Quota and Purchase Data
The app uses Firebase Anonymous Authentication to create an anonymous user identifier for initial AI quota management and purchase syncing. We may store necessary quota and transaction records, such as the anonymous user identifier, usage counts, product IDs, StoreKit transaction IDs, and AI quota events.
Third-Party Services
The app uses Firebase Authentication, Firebase Cloud Functions, Firebase App Check, Google cloud AI services, and Apple StoreKit. Please avoid uploading sensitive information that you do not want processed by cloud services.
Tracking and Advertising
The app does not use advertising identifiers, does not use data for cross-app or cross-site tracking, and does not sell personal data.
Retention and Deletion
Business card data is primarily stored on your device. Server-side records are limited to what is necessary for AI quota and purchase syncing. For support or server-side deletion requests, contact the developer through the support page.
